In early 2023, East Village Management Ltd (EVML) embarked on a programme of building safety works within East Village in Stratford, London.

While full recladding remediation is being undertaken for five buildings within plot N26, the balconies for 12 buildings in plots N01, N03 and N04 were also addressed within Phase 1 of the works.

A second phase of remediation works commenced in 2024. This website serves as an information hub for residents and the wider local community who will be impacted by the building safety works.
